Jade - Personal Trainer/ Strength & Conditioning Coach

A qualified PT, specialising in Strength & Conditioning for athletes throughout all stages of the sporting seasons. Currently playing football at a high level in the Women’s Premiership, training 5-6 times a week - I know what it takes to improve, maintain and stay focused. My aim is to help you reach targets that you’ve been falling short of, however big or small they may be. We will work together, adapting and tailoring all aspects of training to maintain focus of your mind and body.

Nick - Sports Therapist

A qualified PT and Sports Therapist with a background in athletics at an international level. I specialise in injury rehabilitation massage and training both novices and professional athletes. My aim is to help you achieve the goals you’ve always wanted to do. I’ll always find you an event to keep you focused and motivated. I have full belief that we could work together, try harder and help you find a way of training, while managing a busy diary.

  • Step Three: Once you’re signed up with us, you’ll be able to book in sessions with your trainer or contact us for updates on your programme, rehabilitation, progress reports and any other information you require.


Do I need to have experience in the gym?
No, the reason for using a personal trainer or coach is to help guide you when you feel lost. The programmes or sessions conducted will not necessarily be in a gym environment as it doesn’t suit everyone and is not always necessary.

Will I be on a strict diet?
No, not unless your goals are very specific targets with certain time-frames or competitions to be ready for. Often, it is the basic understanding of nutrition and exercise that gets lost in communication between big companies and clients. We’re not naming names but we know some people who have been on fad diets such as the one that rhymes with Dimming Whirled for over 6 months and still haven’t seen the progress they want! We’ll give you the no nonsense information that you need to help you achieve goals. Here’s a MASSIVE industry secret that might help – get your steps in and track your calorie intake.

How long will it take to see results?
This depends on you and what you class as results. External physical changes? Give us a week or two to get you in routine. Internal physical changes? Immediately. Mentality shifts? Immediately. Trust us.

Can I train with you in person?
Yes, we offer face to face personal training or performance training. Jade is currently based in Reading, Portsmouth and surrounding areas.

Do you work with athletes?
Yes, performance training or short term packages are great for athletes. Face to face performance training is great to get high intensity, relevant and carefully devised sessions to help you and your specific athlete role. Plans are great as it gives the athlete a structure that they may not have access to as they’re not within a professional set-up, yet…
