Winter 2018. After completing her university degree, one of our founders encountered excelling athletes, open mindsets and ambitious personalities training to be the best. This is where the OneTen Life story began… She used her previous experiences and knowledge gained from education and field based jobs to push and develop athletes and individuals with physical goals and targets further than they could imagine.
Combining training and monitoring styles from the UK and USA, uniting enthusiasm and realistic goals and ultimately understanding that wellbeing is the core of all healthy lives. Offering not only short-term targets for athletes and recreational fitness individuals with Personal Training and Sports Therapy sessions, but also offering knowledge and guidance on long term health and wellbeing. Continuous feedback and progression stats, intensively tailored programmes, face to face meetings and fundamentally, a sea of great results, OneTen Life has gained the trust of many.
Using our app and interactive website, we are able to communicate with you whenever suits you. View our diary and see where our schedules meet for a consultation, PT or Sports Therapy session and continue to stay up to date with progress of your tailored needs. You can leave feedback on your session or our coaching and therapy, ask us questions, sign up for programmes and book in for appointments and classes on any device, making it more accessible for you. We want you to reach your goals with minimal disruption to your everyday life.
Not only have OneTen Life embarked in the sport and health industry but having met our friends in LA, we have begun creating clothing with an LA/London style that merges comfort and performance in one. Clothing coming soon.

OneTen Massage | £40
A softer, shorter massage of 30 minutes to rehabilitate injuries, improve performance and decrease muscle tension. A better option for fatigued athletes looking for a sense of physical rejuvenation. This will be completed with our Sports Therapist who brings 10 years experience in therapy.
OneTen Performance Therapy | £50
A 45 minute sports massage to rehabilitate injuries, improve performance and decrease muscle tension, targeting any areas that need extra manipulation to feel adequate and ready for performance. This will be completed with our Sports Therapist who brings 10 years experience in therapy.

Jade - Personal Trainer/ Strength & Conditioning Coach
A qualified PT, specialising in Strength & Conditioning for athletes throughout all stages of the sporting seasons. Currently playing football at a high level in the Women’s Premiership, training 5-6 times a week - I know what it takes to improve, maintain and stay focused. My aim is to help you reach targets that you’ve been falling short of, however big or small they may be. We will work together, adapting and tailoring all aspects of training to maintain focus of your mind and body.
Nick - Sports Therapist
A qualified PT and Sports Therapist with a background in athletics at an international level. I specialise in injury rehabilitation massage and training both novices and professional athletes. My aim is to help you achieve the goals you’ve always wanted to do. I’ll always find you an event to keep you focused and motivated. I have full belief that we could work together, try harder and help you find a way of training, while managing a busy diary.
